TEE is a teachable leadership lens informed by doctoral study, college teaching, and transformation practice. It helps leaders make assumptions visible and ask better questions about the human system around change.

Bounded claimTEE is not a clinical instrument, legal or HR advice, a validated psychometric assessment, or a guaranteed causal sequence. Trust, empathy, and empowerment are examined as related conditions—not an invariant formula.

In the AI era
